Opinion
Assuming the correctness of the facts deposed to in the affidavit of Mr Godsil the Master of the Prince Albert (which I can see no reason whatever to doubt) it appears to me that the Steamer Prince Albert has been improperly confiscated by the Chinese Authorities.
